This is an unstaffed station.
The station consists of a platform, shelter, and several benches for patrons.
This station is operational Seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year.
This station is open 24 Hours.
Station is to be cleaned 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Cleaning to take place between 9:
00am and 10:
00am.
Must maintain service records for inspection.
VENDOR WILL NEED TO REMOVE ALL GARBAGE FROM THIS SITE WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT.
THERE IS NO DUMPSTER AT THIS LOCATION.
The selected vendor will plan to provide service that matches the following schedule:
Morning Between 9:
00 am and 10:
00 am Daily Tasks Platform Clean/dust any ticketing machines Pick up loose debris/litter on platform and sidewalk Remove gum Pick up all loose litter on grounds Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Remove all weeds on platform, adjacent platform and sidewalks Clean all signage Remove all graffitti Clean and Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners Wipe down window frames Wipe down all seating areas Clean shelter light fixtures as needed Monthly Tasks Pressure wash exterior sidewalks Pressure wash platforms Pick up trash along right of way, tracks, and ballast (OTP Required) As Requested Vendor must be able to respond to station within a 2 hour window in case a need arises for an emergency cleaning at the Station.
24-48 hours notification will be given if an extra cleaning is needed for a special event.
Additional special requests will be priced on an as-occurs basis When, due to a lack of drainage, pressure washing can not be performed; vendor will utilize a scrubber system that collects the water it generates.
